Movie Scene

Help me out movie buffs, I have a movie scene stuck in my head, but can't remember the movie or actor.

In the scene a guy is trying to sell a camera in a pawn shop. The shop keeper is saying that he doesn't need another camera, he already has 2 to sell, but the main character is trying to convince him that by buying this expensive camera, then a customer will go for the more expensive of the 2 he currently has. The future customer won't want to stretch for the more expensive one, but seeing the more expensive one will mean that he wont want to look cheap buying the cheapest one either, so will by the middle one.

Anyone know what movie I'm talking about?

No idea, very specific though. Trying to think of movies with cameras and photos and stuff. One hour photo?

No, it's not a movie about cameras, the guy is trying to get money, and explaining the psychology of selling.
