Does anyone else get bored on days off!? I've already:

Done three trips to the tip with a load of rubbish.

Sanded and painted two doors

Been to the gym

Cleaned the house top to bottom.

Prepped some food for the week.

Now I'm twiddling my thumbs trying to avoid turning on the laptop and doing some work.

No

I love days off - but that's probably because I don't really like my job that much.

I'm also good in my own company and always have things to do.

I would love to be able to afford to work part time.

Have more time for pleasure

That's too much hard work for a day off. Today I've made myself a lovely cup of tea, flirting and bantering on kik, perving fab, a quick hop to bed eyeing up my wand (I managed to hold myself back), nice pamper in the bath and I've just finished a lovely lunch and my favourite little cafe.

I guess I just like being busy then? I'm so bored I've taken to trying to catch up on game of thrones.

We don't get much chance to be bored when we're off and tbh don't like sitting around doing nothing either. Probably get more bored at work that I do at home

I've got the whole week off and no way will I be bored! Entertaining my kids, baking and cooking, trick or treating, walking the dogs, swimming, housework and some 'me' time later in the week.. plenty to occupy myself

I have the week off too and i’m sure boredom won’t enter into the equation

Nottingham

I've been off today after a very busy weekend.

I've had a lovely day just chilling out on the sofa, drinking coffee and doing my knitting.

I will be having a lovely soak in the bath later with lots of bubbles and maybe a glass of something alcoholic

I love a lazy day like this occasionally. It's rare to be able to just relax and wind down.
