Giving blood

It looks as if the government are going to accept the department of health's reccomendation that the ban on gay men giving blood be lifted, so I assume that this would then apply to bisexuals and swingers..

So when the ban is lifted would you then give blood?

Never donated blood in the past so won't be doing so in the future. Kinda makes any leglislation regarding it a bit of a moot point for me.

I know of swingers that donate blood already.

Does that mean its tested everytime?
