Who's near!

This might be naïve and probably asked before but is there parameters you can alter? It only appears to be men nearby no matter when I look or my location.

Yes, it should give you the option to search those who meet your preferences at the top of the page

If I can wave too them from the clock tower of castle sox they are near enough

There's the option to select who's near who match your preferences - that usually works
