Insomnia

Any tried and tested cures? Spent nights with no sleep and its starting to get serious. And no, plenty of sex isnt an option at the moment.

My GP advised Piriton - the drowsy version as a longer alternative to sleeping tablets. I think it has worked on and off when needed. If you wake up, it sends you back to sleep quite well. To get to sleep I play an audio book on a timer. I never make it to 15 mins!!

Ive used audio books before. Fallen asleep with headphones in and wrapped the wire around myself in my sleep. Im a clutz!!

Promethazine is also an antihistamine which has a drowsy effect or nightnurse also has Promethazine in it. Works well for me
