"My GP advised Piriton - the drowsy version as a longer alternative to sleeping tablets. I think it has worked on and off when needed. If you wake up, it sends you back to sleep quite well. To get to sleep I play an audio book on a timer. I never make it to 15 mins!! Yes! Audio books work for me too " I listen to psychological dramas...very relaxing How long can you last?! | |||
