I've only gone and done it!

I've officially started my Christmas shopping by buying two cute and tiny gifts for my best friend and her daughter. And now I'm going to watch creepy Christmas films this afternoon. Though I drew the line at buying Christmas knickers at Matalan and just bought lacy frenchies instead.

Less than two months to go!

.

Yaaaay! You are awesomeness. I've been tasting Christmas food today - so happy but I wish people would stop putting bloody chestnuts in everything.

Have you watched the perfect interseasonal film yet (The Nightmare before Christmas)?

I'm watching it right now!

And yes, the first time this month was on the 5th, but I watch it plenty anyway.

And I just ate a turkey and trimmings sandwich from Tesco.

I've about 80% of my Christmas shopping done so I'm pretty organised. Then it's just the food shopping to do x

Ah bollocks, I need to buy people stuff for Christmas. I'd managed to block it out completely up to this point.

My mum's equally organised, as soon as my birthday - the 20th of this month - is done with she instantly starts Christmas shopping x

My boys give me their present lists at the end of August. So I'm always organised x

Oh, and as a completely unrelated aside, I've seen your username floating around the forums a few times and idly wondered if it was referencing a falling star, and I've literally only just registered the profile pic. So observant.

Every year I plan to be organised and every year I fail I did walk round a shop looking at Xmas decorations today though so that’s a start, right?
