Right so due to me making a simple typo which happens due to me having sight loss I've been called a few names that I could deal with. But I'm not going to stand by and let someone cause me shit over my sight loss. I'm not in the best of places at the moment and I have tried to be nice to everyone who I've spoke to. So due to this we are leaving as it's greatly upset me and my wife to the point where we feel we can no longer be on here.

I will message my friends to say a proper qoodbye in the next few hours but we will be leaving fabs for good.

It was nice talking to all you nice people

Why not hide your profile instead for a while?

We all get stick on here for one reason or another, try and ignore it rather than let it push you out?

You’ve always come across as decent friendly people on here, would be a shame to let someone else get in the way of something you enjoy

Sorry guys this is p, m's wife. He's so cut up about what they accused him of that along with not being in the greatest place mentally since he lost his guidedog pax over the summer and this we just feel that it's not worth putting M through. He's very fragile at the minute due to things he has had to deal with in the past couple of years that I feel it's best if we leave. Now I know M will miss all those who he has spoke to and found a common ground with and said to tell you all that he's had a great laugh with you all and will miss you all too but for now we're going to leave. We may be back in the future but right now I need to keep M from getting to low.

Just ride it out and don't worry about it. I've done loads of stupid embarrassing stuff on here over the years and been involved in drama. It will pass. That thread will be deleted as soon as a mod sees it. You'll get a timeout and then just come back like nothing has happened. It will be fine.

Were not. We are leaving for m's mental state. When he first go medically discharged from the army he took to drinking really bad and it's took him a couple of years to get himself straight but I know because of him having lost his guidedog and a few other things that have happened recently that if we stay and he carrys on getting stick over what's happened that he will hit the bottle again and he can't afford to do so because of certain health factors that he is at risk from.

But thank you all for your kind words and for wanting us to stay. We will miss you all lots

if someone falsely accused me of not doing a job that I definitely had done, I would treat the comments with the respect they deserved and ignore them. The OP didn’t do this. The OP went on a tirade of abusive language to a couple of guys. When he’d had enough of that, his gf/ wife came back on the thread to take up the baton with a lot more abusive language.

No sympathy. They could have simply replied back to the other guys with a “ “well that’s your opinion”. Shit things happen in life, it’s how you deal with things that define the calibre of person that you are.
