This is a question for married couples. What is the longest time you have gone without fucking each other?

My imaginary husband and I can only go three hours without getting jiggy with it. We're insatiable.

A few months, years and years ago.

It prompted the first proper discussion about sex within our relationship.

When we were dating we were long distance for a while so we would go weeks and weeks.

Since we've been married I think the longest was two weeks or something like that because Marc was traveling for work.

Why do you want to know?

In answer to your question I honestly have no idea. We've been together 37 years, during that time we've been ill, had operations, fallen out, had children, been exhausted etc etc. There have been times of feast and times of famine when it comes to sex but I don't think either of us keeps a record.

We’re unsure but have decided it’s possibly after child birth and around 3 weeks for fucking.

All sexual activity... around a week at most.

We go without for 2 months so just thinking is that normal.

Is it normal for you? You can't measure your marriage against other people's.

There is no "normal" most relationships will have peaks and troughs for a whole host of reasons, but the longer you leave it the harder it is to initiate it again.

How does your wife feel about this? You know the only way to get to the bottom of this is to talk to her, its hard to start the conversation I know.

Never more than a week.

Well apart from when I was seriously ill a few years back.

Even after all these years.

We talk then all good for a few weeks then back again. The problem is I love her. So don't bring it up as we end up in a fight.

We go without for 2 months so just thinking is that normal.
