Prefer trimmed (or shaved) - but wouldn't say that the guy has to do it, before I'd meet him! Really it's up to the guy of which he prefers........

Definitely smooth for preference. A trim, no matter how neat, is always going to be second best I'm afraid....

As for those men with a hairy undercarriage... well
