Until about a year and a half ago boy could I sleep

If I didn't get at least 8 hours it was a bad night

Now I'm lucky if I can do two or three hours at a time most nights

Who else has this and how do you pass the time ? Xx

I have the odd day when I can't sleep nothing like you tho but when I can't sleep I stop trying to and put a DVD on 1 I've seen over and over again, works every time for me as I don't have to think about film x

Some nights are Ok for me , other nights can i can't sleep hardly at all, i tend to wake up if i get too hot.

use 2 get it all the time stay up all hours, till i feel it - best cure for this is do exercise etc dont eat after 7 or drink coffee.

I go onto pogo and play bingo...all free games and the bingo one really makes me tired...its sooooooooo boring,.

I used the super duper blade system - my abs look a mess - I'm covered in cuts - wonder if that's why they say muscly blokes look ' cut'

I'm going to stick with it til I have perfect abs or I pass out with the blood loss !!!

I'm starting to feel drowsy - so maybe the super blade cutter is the answer to insom.......zzzzzzzzz

Soapy we've shared a few messages in the wee hours, so you know I'm an insommniac too. I now only need about four hours sleep, but it has to be continuous. I'm not getting that, fall asleep about 4ish then up at 6.00ish...so far I'm not keeling over, but I fear it's only a matter of time!

I'm one of those who haunt the forums in the wee small hours reading them when I can't sleep.

I play solitaire, or read a book and try deep breathing techniques.... not a lot works, I've just accepted the fact I only need three hours sleep on the occasional night.

Strangely though if anyone else is beside me in bed I can sleep soundly?
