"I have been doing it of and on, but this month I am doing it regular and I like it. I start of with surga namascara b then the other program, it lasts for about 1hr, the favourite position is downward dog, you also practise lots of breathing, 3 in hold 1 sec then out 5, the professionals can do it for 10 sec.
