It seems a little rude to ask for your recent clinic test, so how do you make sure your safe? Other than condom for everything ??

As far as the most recent clinic test goes, I go to the hospital for mine, they don't give you any results there and then. You have to wait 2 weeks and if you've heard nothing then it's a case of no news is good news. I don't have anything other than my word to say I'm all clear.

Also, if someone has a clear test, you'd still need to make sure that they hadn't come into contact with anyone else sexually after those results, plus, some things don't show for a while, so they could have them when tested but it wouldn't give a positive result.

Food for thought.

It's not rude to ask for recent test results but we never would, in our opinion it's pointless. Test results only show that you were clear of certain things on the day the test was done, they won't show something with a longer incubation period that was contracted the day before or anything that was contracted in the period since.

There isn't a way to ensure you're 100% safe just take the precautions you're happy and comfortable with or stick to one trusted partner.

I do wonder if by the time fingers and tongues have been inside and all over each other and yourself, the added benefit of a condom, besides pregnancy obvs.

I guess there's no way to be completely safe.

OP the only safe sex is no sex.

You can make it safer by using condoms but this doesn't remove all risk.

Would you really trust a stranger to tell you the truth about their sexual history and test results?

Many gum clinics don't contact you after tests unless they find something so not everyone gets the all clear text.

All a clear test proves is they didn't have an infection on the day they were tested. How for you know they haven't picked something up since the test?

You need to weigh up the risks and take responsibility for your own sexual health. Don't rely on what other people tell you.

Swinging is all about trust with others if you want safe sex with or without a condom. But there is no real safe way other than no sex or stay with the same or reg person(s)

Safe sex is when you put the rear legs of the sheep inside of your wellington boots. And it stops them from running away.
