blood tests

got to hv blood tests fri to check for rheumatoid arthritis in my knees. been put on codeine for the pain.

i hate the fact they say 'its just a scratch'.. never felt like a scratch to me

blood taken from the wrist & ankle hurts like a bitch!!!

When i was tested it was just general blood test and certainly not from knees and ankles.

I woldnt argue that the steriod injection into the kneecap hurts like hell and it only worked for a couple of weeks on me instead of 2/3 months.

bloods being taken from my arm i hope although they always hv problems taking it.

got to go monday as well for bloods for something else couldnt do on same day

bloods are taken from the arm mainly but i'm a difficult bleeder so they have more success from the back of the hand or wrist.

I have had so much blood taken in the last 5/6 years that I am half expecting my diabetic nurse to have a cameo in the next twilight movie !

I have a blood test every 6 months to check whether or not I'm succumbing to the family curses

At the moment, everyone has come back clear

Like to think that 30 odd years of going to the gym and clean living has helped
