If you seen a girl on pof/tinder/another dating site looking for love and she was on here in the meantime would it put you off? Twice in the last month I have been verbally abused by a guy for recognising me and calling me vile and that I was undateable because I’m on here as well as Pof. I don’t think there is any harm in adult fun while single.

Wtf how rude! Not there's nothing wrong with it. Why do men equate liking sex and being here with being undateable, let's face it he must be on both!!! It's that who good girl bad girl thing and pisses me right off! I'm on a dating website but doubt I can do vanilla yet it seems unacceptable to mention sex or preferences on them. And it seems unacceptable to some to mention you want to date on fab. Ffs

I was on both, I stopped meeting men from here once I found the guy I wanted to date! I don't see the harm, I had several recognize me from both but it actually made them more interested when a guy from pof recognized me from here, I think they then thought I must enjoy sex

it's a good filter if they give you abuse for it, just block them

Funnily enough a girl i met from a dating site, actually created a profile on here before we met only knew it was her as it was the dame profile pic. She then didnt want a date because all i was looking for is sex because of this site.

I joined PoF a couple of weeks ago as I feel it might be time to start vanilla dating.

Two guys mailed me on PoF with horrendous abuse, both guys are in here.

I've seen plenty of blokes on Tinder / pof that are also on here. What people use these sites for is their own business but to judge a girl for being on Fab while using other sites to find someone to date is wrong. Girls have needs too

I was on dating sites before fab but once joined I deleted dating profiles as all they wanted was sex anyway but being deceitful about it, I think once they clock you are on here it instantly goes from dating to a fuck, yes I use the sites for what they are intended for but will only use one or the other because of these reasons xx

If I get a message on POF and they say they’ve seen me on here, I’m always nice and ask for their user name on here.

Then, if they become abusive I can block them on both sites

I don't swing when I'm dating (hence the on/off use of the site) and would prefer a loving relationship, but haven't found the right person at this time. Now apparently being on here automatically makes me a cheater.

I don't even swing that much, it's more a convenient way to have some fun if I do get spare time and I don't have vanilla social plans.

It is double standards, but hey, their loss.

It was weird, we had even chatted on the phone.

She was quite rude about it.

Did answer my call after she messaged, said she doesn't mix the two and does dating OR swinging!

Which I thought gave us more in common but apparently not.

I would call that more of a legitimate concern than a double standard - it was the judgement and rudeness that was so bad from the men in question, but I think anyone on here who actually wants a monogamous relationship would only be sensible to question whether someone into swinging for a number of years would ever be the same. I would be asking a lot of searching questions, and would expect the same myself - it is so, so easy to hook up with someone on this site.

Having said that I regularly talk to guys who feel the same as me, would really rather just have a relationship with one person.
