Carbs are okay but get the right ones you need the vitamins also to convert your food to mussle. Without a gym it will be hard but use press ups on a hill with head facing down loads if different types of press up google them! Find a tree to do pull ups on and there are exercises you can do for chest with a kettle bell. Good luck | |||
