Was in town getting something for dinner and passed the sweet isle. I really wanted to buy a large fruit and nut bar but I didn't because then I'd eat it all myself. Trying to be good and not eat chocolate as it's my weakness.

So my question is what didn't You get yourself today that You really wanted and why?

Alcohol. I'm trying to get out of the habit of drinking every evening. I didn't have any alcohol yesterday and that's the first evening for I don't know how long and although I thought about buying a bottle of wine today, I've managed not to so far

A massive slice of carrot cake, fuck me I like a bit of carrot cake but I didn't buy it.

2 caramel shortcake slices, a snowball and half a packet of chocolate digestives got the good news though.

I've stopped taking sugar in my tea, I'm on a health kick at the moment.
