So im stood in the queue and im starting to sweat.....

Im sweating,shaking,my mind is racing i feel like my head is going to explode!! The queue is moving forward im starting to fidget and feel panic stricken.

Its my turn,im at the front the ladies eyes feel like there burning into my soul,then she utters those words iv come to dread....scrambled,poached,fried,well done or runny.....to be continued

You mean sky remotes have a purpose outside of measuring tools? "

I can turn my tv on/off with mine. It took a while to master, but now when I throw it at the tv, I can hit the standby button 100% of the time.

I didn't have any side effects that I noticed, diazis took the edge off, betas were to help reduce the shaking but had no effect at all, asthma inhalers were surprisingly effective during a bad attack of anxiety.

I'm like that when I take the grandchildren to McDonalds. Never sure if I want to eat anything, as I don't really like any of it, but don't want to starve until I get home. I don't know whether to have a milkshake, juice or just a water to wash it down with. Sometimes I go with a hot chocolate, just so I can drink something while they go off and play on the jungle gym thingy.

I'm better than I was, no longer on diazis or betas, I still have bad days occasionally but it's mainly manageable with controlled breathing
