As for training me well I’ve lost a reasonable amount of weight and gone from not being able to walk 1km without a struggle, to running (alibet slowly) 10k in a year! So I’d say so! | |||

Well if your joints, knees especially are suffering I'd suggest something less weight/stress baring. Avoid high impact stuff. Swimming would be excellent, excercise bike, a recumbent style if you have back issues. Cross or elliptical style trainer. If lifting, Lower weights but more reps | |||
