I have great sex with my partner but I’m a lot older than him and have an ample figure but I look on here sometimes and see all the fit young ladies and think why do I bother. We look on here together for playmates. And I do like my partner to have as much fun as I do but sometimes wish I was younger and slimmer. Does anyone else feel like this or am I being stupid

Not at all, I frequently rule people out based on how I feel about myself compared to the women they’re with in their pics. This place really isn’t good for my confidence!

I wouldn't say stupid but I think you're being counter productive.

Comparing yourself to other people is folly unless you have a seriously high opinion of yourself and feel you're better than every single person on here.

I'm nearly 61, I know fine well that the young, slim women look great and some men will prefer them but I also know I look ok too (as do you).

Seriously if you're going to feel bad due to being on here you need to consider walking away, nobody needs self inflicted negative feelings in their life.

I'm more than adequate for him, and any other man I fuck.

Fuck yes! But this place has massively undermined my confidence. Not the other women but that men move on to the next so easily, I've meant precisely zero to them. Which is what is all about, but I didn't realise how much it would pain me.

I never feel inadequate. Obviously everyone has moments where they feel maybe they could have a little bit more here or a little bit less there. That's natural. Compliment's I have recieved on here have made me realise that there's always someone who will like you.

The trick is not to compare yourself to others. Plenty will want to meet you.

Oh and although you can't do much about the age you can lose weight. I'm fed up with looking at my flab and have begun to dislike pics of myself so I've decided to do something about that demon

It's the nature of the beast. I don't know if this helps but I have had one off meets and not one have meant zero to me. I can't share intimacy with someone and feel nothing. Even if it's just for that one fleeting night I respect them and care how they feel at the very least. Post meets i don't ignore them. Just that things fizzle out really.

It's impossible not to compare yourself to others in any area of life.

I think this has the added pressure of it being physical so we judge ourselves more harshly. We forget that what we see of others is just what they want to show, we can't see their insecurities or the bits of themselves they hate.

For me i concentrate on what I feel happy about. I like my personality and Im confident in flirting with someone and building rapport. I might not have a perfect body but if we get to the talking stage then they must already have seen something they like.

People will allways compare themselves with others. Fab is sadly even worse than normal life as everything is out in the open.

In my case.

Wish I had a six pack not a party keg.

Wish I looked like Orlando Bloom rather than the dead pirates.

Wish I was tanned and not Casper the ghost white.

Wish I had less grey hairs.

Wish I was younger.

However none of the above are going to happen, so Im going to makes the best of it and have a right laugh doing it.

I used to feel like this when I was much younger, and occasionally now but far less frequently.

I'm fat, I have stretch marks and more than my fair share of cellulite but I'm happy.

We don't swing very often but when we do I don't see the other women as better than me just different to me.

Long term partners see past what you consider to be your flaws, and I know it's easier said than done but you really have nothing to worry about.

No, weirdly I don’t. I know that no matter my weight, my age or how bleary I look first thing in the morning (or at any other time for that matter), my partner still finds me gorgeous. So somehow, over the years, I’ve learned to do the same.

There may be younger, fitter models out there but your partner loves you, respects you and you have the knowledge and experience that those girls don’t.

Couldn't have said it better. I know my hubby loves me and adores me and eyes up other women etc etc etc. I used to have serious self esteem issues before being on fab and since I've been here I've enjoyed the attention and comments and yes all these young hung guys wanting to fuck me. Yes most days I look as rough as fuck but then I log on here and feel a million dollars!

Yes all the time, I purposely look at prospective meets and wouldn't meet if I was constantly thinking how good she looks compared to me. I know mr is with me because I'm the one he wants but after being told I'm not good enough for anyone it's taking a while to get over it x
