I have noticed online the amount of people that want 2nd chances when they have lied in the past, played games

i dont mean white lies, i mean proper lies or games that could hurt people and they think "its ok to have another chance"

personally, if they have lied to you once or played games they could and will do it again..

do you agree or do you think everyone should have a 2nd chance?

Normally, I'd say no 2nd chances. But if I lived hard n fast by that rule. We wouldn't be married, wouldn't be expecting, would both likely be single.

Only some of the lies I tell are not the truth

I guess it depends on the lies and the situation I know from experience that if the lie is bad enough even if you give them a second chance the thing that never comes back fully is the trust

I think it depends on the lie and how they justify it.

"I think it depends on the lie and how they justify it.

"

this... the odds of me giving a second are inversely proportional to the scale of the lie

I'm another where it depends on the lie. If you're lying to me because you're planning a surprise party for my birthday, I ain't gonna be mad. If you're lying to me because you're hiding something serious, depends how serious and how I found out.

If you're lying to me because you're afraid of hurting my feelings.... I'm a big girl and lying will so me more harm than the truth.

Is this the 'fool me once, fool me twice attitude?

It depends who the person is to me that lied. Did they intend to hurt me? Etc. I'm

More mindful than looking at it selfishly, or at least I try to be.

My Own Little World

It depends on who the person is, what the lie was and how much damage it did.

If I feel the person is worth the effort, they seem contrite and they didn't fuck me over too badly I will possible give them a second shot..... but never a third.

If they can't even be bothered to give an honest apology then they don't stand a chance, they are gone.
