I don't know what makes good profile of a slightly above average profile ....

I do however know what it takes to produce the perfect profile.....

Not sure on this one. We've just wrote a bit about ourselves and what we are looking for. Along with profile photos of us both.if people like what they see when they view us then they may message us.

A positive light hearted profile thats quite clear on what the person is looking for with a nice selection of pics ...nothing worse than a list of donts or musts

I agree on the donts. I like to explore but I also like to be clear. I find getting myself across in written word quite daunting though.

I get quite a few messages from men and women saying they found my profile hilarious....its all tongue in cheek and sums me up well I think... that's not to say it's a good profile, but it is me so I'm happy with that

I am a fan of the profiles with loads of content. About you and what you like to do, what you are looking for, what you are not looking for etc. As long as you are happy with it then that is all you need to worry about.

As far as pictures are concerned, just put up what you are comfortable with. Maybe more than one.

However, This is just me

Whilst finding out what I want and finding my feet so to speak I’ve not put a lot but that’s because I’m still in that interim of newbie.

I do love a good humoured profile though. Even if my marmite comments have vilified me against some. (I’m looking at your Lib!)

I enjoy reading a well written profile that comes across as charming, witty and upbeat. I love positive vibes and people with a happy outlook.

I enjoy pics that are seductive and creative, with some black and white ones thrown in, leaving something left over for the imagination.

Profiles that have both these traits immediately make my hot list

There's no rhyme or reason to it; what appeals to you, may turn someone else right off. What works for you is what makes yours a good profile, and what makes you unable to resist sending a message, makes for another good profile.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder OP

A good profile to some is a "lengthy, too boring, too whatever" to others in my experience.

Personally, I like a profile that is a bit more than " Looking to meet women" or "want some fun"

I am looking for a few pics (not genitalia as a first introduction) and a nicely written profile without text speak and in reasonably good English.

A sense of humour would not go amiss.

I am not keen loads of capitals and profile which express strong views and emotions and threats.

Also true! Beauty is in the eye of the beholder! I’ve seen some absolutely stunning photos whilst I’ve been here. Even from people I might not necessarily fancy. Can appreciate a good bottom and smile though.

I agree it is so difficult! I can be quite self deprecating whilst being quite a positive and friendly person. Hard to not just put ‘I’m lovely I promise’ haha!

For me a good profile is clear and concise. To the point but without appearing blunt and unfriendly. A few simple photos, just enough to keep the viewer interested. Less is more so to speak.

Positivity, charm and wit combined with good imaginative pics in my opinion but have laughed out loud at a one pic one liner profile. Confidence not arrogance. Sarcastic humour makes funny reading also. It's a combo I think. Some great well thought out profiles on fab.

Hate pictures being from 2015 for example

Hate people claiming to be newbies or new to it.... but have been on over a year...
