What do look for here on fab. What would make you mail a person .? Is there a tick list for you or do you just go on the pics and profile or how close they are too you.? Or do you just go on there fed back from others.?

Definitely a decent profile so I can get a feel for them and ensure they match what I am looking for and that I match what they are looking for too. Alas, they always fall into the 'stunning' category so I wimp out and wander on *chuckles*

Interacting on the forums and chatting in the chat rooms is a lot easier to see if there is some kind of mutual attraction and personality match then sending pms I find, Sometimes trying to have a conversation via messages is like trying to get blood out of a stone

Hiding in the shadows

A decent avatar, something in it that catches my eye will make me check out a profile.

Definitely not a cock pic. No thanks.

Age & physical attributes.

Other pics too, something in them that's gives a clue to their personality.

A well written profile, that they've put the time & effort into it.

Preferences that match my own.

Location is a factor,but distance is not necessarily a negative.

Tick those boxes, and they may just get a message

I would have read their profile before I even considered messaging them. If it didn't raise an eyebrow or a smirk then interest disappears.

I think your profile is your place to express a little of who you are, and if you can't be arsed to do that, I can't be arsed to coax it out.

For me its about personality, the flirtatious tension building up, anticipation of things to come. Included in that has to be some well presented pictures, no dog beds or children's toys in the background. Not too much genetalia on show....

I think when we arrive here most (well men) start searching and go for anyone locally.

Then we get the knockbacks and broaden the search. Then manage to get a few meets to which some great and some not so great.

Then feel a little mah about it all.

And then you (well me) discover it's more about finding a rapport over time with someone.
