I have a problem that I need some urgent help with please, and hopefully someone will have a answer

Probably damaged your banjo string, if it had snapped you would know about it as it bleeds everywhere. Just go to a doctor

its not my banjo string as that's fine, it seems under the skin

sue seems to think its thrush, but I get a little pain under my skin which is worrying

got a doctors apt for later, but im very worried ive done some damage

yes, maybe thrush...the white patch could be an indication of that... go to the doc's, its easy to cure.

When you cut the inside of your mouth it ulcers to heal, abrasions under the foreskin or at the vaginal entrance can and do ulcer just like mouth ulcers.

Could be worth getting it checked to be sure.
