Her posted a serious thread about a boat trip we're planning next year - she's already bouncing up and down with excitement.

So here's my slightly less useful contribution to our planning.

She's taken to calling me Captain. So of course I now think we all need a Pugwash name. Urban myth has it that there were characters called Roger the Cabin Boy, Master Bates and Seaman Stains.

I'd be my fave character from a different ship...The Starship Enterprise. I don't know what he looked like but he used to open every episode. So tonight Mathew, I'm going to be Captain Slog.
