I could just eat a full English but I gotta think of the calories. Low fat yoghurt, honey and a few pistachios it is.

Two breakfasts are definitely the way forward. Cappuccino, oranges and croissants here. Maybe some cereal mid morning. Fry ups are for weekends, especially with a hangover.
