New and improved...!!!

Is it just me or do others get annoyed with companies who happily flog their products (say washing powder) for years and then bring out the 'new and improved' version declaring so much better than their last one!!!!

So that means for years they took your money and sold you a crap product!!!

Or the 'now with 50% less salt but still the same great taste' - so that means they did not have to put the salt in in the first place!!

Probably just me but that feels so much better to get off my smooth chest lol!!

Used to enjoy Smirnoff Black until the messed around with the formula. Haven't touched it since!

I see there is an uproar over twinings tea messing around with recipes that have sold tons of the stuff for years and years...

Yeah twinings have always been a decent cuppa. But no matter how much they mess about with it it'll never be a patch on Yorkshire Tea

Twinnings have messed about with Earl Grey ....( sounds like a swinging match )

They have now upped the amount of Bergamot and put in citrus flavours.

I'm not buying it anymore.

End of.

It's like saying - We have increased the amount of cow shit in Yorkshire Tea Bags and added some cherry flavour.

Come to think of it. Yorkshire tea tastes like that anyway.

I love Earl Grey tea. Try the Dragon Fly Rooibos Earl Grey tea, it's lush x

I've been invited to a tasting for the new improved John Smiths bitter next week. Three pints on tuesday and another three on Wednesday then they pay me afterwards for filling in a questionaire.

So I'm all for progress.

used to like blackthorn before they changed it to taste similar to all the other cheap ciders, was my first pint . its ruined now. new and improved recipe is still printed on the can though.
