I turned up to a dance class early as it was a new venue and i wanted to secure a seat for me and my mum (who was with me)

After about 30mins the venue did become full and the class had started. Some late comers arrived and as most people were on the floor starting to learn the moves.. these women then moved our handbags and drinks and sat down

There were tables with seats available away from the floor.

Would you bite your tongue and just move or point out what they already knew was that people were sat there?

I would have bitten my lip and just moved.. my mum however did not and made a fuss

I would say something, but in a nice, not in an aggressive way as I would assume that they simply did not think rather than being deliberately obnoxious. I just find life easier assuming that.

Who are the cunts? The people dancing and reserving seats and tables or the people not dancing who want to sit at a table ?

The cunts who arrive late....refuse to use spare tables, sit at yer table..knock ladies acroutremounts onto the floor and then stand on em, tip over handbags, move yer drinks...then after yer finished dancing to yer 2 requests, brazzeningly try and front it out......hahahaa...yeah...that`ll work..fuck the cunts.....

I would have politely told them you were sitting there. Had there been no bags and empty glasses I would have took it on the chin. But as there were and it was a dance class where you expect people to be learning steps on a dance floor I would have had to say something. Good on your mum

Its like pubs I guess...I never use them tho lol....good and bad...

If its a small club, then they save on hire by getting the less salubrious places...

We`re prepared to travel and go to some stunning venues...after you progress to being comfortable, and that need not take long ( a month or two) you can attend freestyles....popular clubs throw a full blown dance night....no lessons just dancing...lots of bling and glamour sometimes....but its the smiles that stand out...

Give it another try...

Tho to be honest..salsa fer me is abit samey....with jive you get a very eclectic mix of music ...thats me tho ..

Leroc is always worth a try...its just the same, only not a franchise

We live in Taunton...so we can get to Exeter, Bristol, etc....

Yep...we`re going to a freestyle that peeps from all over the country attend tomorrow..national champions etc go to have fun.....its something else....just chatting or dancing with them...

Clean, respectful males are always welcome at dance classes chap...doesn`t matter what yer feet do for a while...yer smile is the winner...thats a savvy truth as well
