I don't meet without a face pic first as a general rule. If someone refuses to send me a face pic then end of communication For me. I automatically assume they aren't who they say they are (a common issue unfortunately) For all I know I could be arranging a meet with a relative. Awkward.

If you aren't comfortable then don't. I would suggest meeting at clubs if that's the case. But you never know, you could see one of your patients there. If you want to be in the lifestyle then that's something you may need to confront, but I'd like to think those in the lifestyle are respectful.
