Always feeling like you have to smile when your screaming inside, feeling like everyone is watching n judging you, having very little to no emotion - never feeling happy or sad, physically being strong - mentally being absolutely terrified, feeling sick, dizzy, fatigued, grumpy, unexplained aches, numbness, pains, mood swings, headaches, not wanting to travel to certain areas or too far from home, wanting sex - having absolutely no interest in sex, restless legs, heart palpitations, tight throat

Just my average day and constant feeling,

And I know this will never be cured, just what we must live with and learn how to cope with it

Just thought I would share - mental health awareness

It's shit isn't it. With my medication on as low a dose as possible, I can just about get by. That's still a struggle most days to keep the panic at bay and to try to ignore the physical effects.

People don't understand how bad the physical effects from anxiety are.

I can't do some things that people take for granted.

I try to stay away from meds, what little I have left they take away from me and I become a zombie,, tho they did take the edge off the panic attacks and make work possible,

Anxiety is simply awful,

Without my medication I have debilitating night time panic attacks, every night; no sleep and acute, chronic anxiety.

They are awful, guessing waking in a panic, jumping out of bed feeling like you can’t breathe
