London

Has he bought it because he's regularly exposed to -20 degree winters?

I'd spend that much if it was absolutely essential and CG doesn't use synthetic fur and filling so is more expensive.

Just bought a new winter motorbike jacket 220 quid, that’s the most I’ve ever spent on an item of clothing. It’s supposedly a budget item too, looks a lot like a belstaff jacket and they are 500 quid plus

My wedding dress and my prom dress cost about $300 each. Other than that I shop mostly at second-hand stores.

Chippenham Malmesbury area

My motor cycle jackets range from about £150.00 to £350 put they are designed to do a specific job so I wouldnt consider spending any less.

I have 3 pairs of shoes that cost over £150 each; had them for over 10 years so money well spent.

Well £800 is a lot but if he is probebly going to wear it every day for 5 months not that bad really. You'd think nothing of buying a polo shirt for £50 and maybe wearing it once every three weeks. I don't mind spending money on cloths to be fair as long as I feel smart and comfortable in them. My suit shoes and tie roughly comes to about a grand.

A plaid isn't a pattern, it's a length of tartan cloth, as worn in that bloody awful outlander.

My weakness is shoes.

I'm an Irregular Choice junkie, love their quirky styles.

Think the cheapest pair was £90 in the sale
