Went for a run yesterday.

Didn't have my usual shorts so popped on a spare pair, they didn't have a liner in them and decided to forego pants.

Well who knew that you could end up with a pain down below from that! Must have rubbed against a seam in the shorts as I appear to have got the equivalent of joggers nipple down there!

(Definitely the cause, as no other activity for months, wasn't present in morning and then present after the run)

I wake up with bruises.

They weren't there when I went to bed, often in places I'd remember if I'd banged or bumped during the day.
