If you could be certain age again for a week what would you be and what would you do.

Id go back to 18 being more confident and party even more than I did purely to enjoy the no hangovers!

Very early 1983 and tell my then 17 year old self not to leave the Navy as I'd regret the decision for the rest of my life - whether the arrogant, thought he knew it all 17 year old me would listen is another matter!!

I would go back to 1979 to see my best friend again and go gatecrash the Frogs legs disco once more. She died in an RTA in 83, I sure do miss her. XXX

Just for a week? I’d go back to when I was about 22 and having a lot of fun then.

I doubt any decisions made then would still be in affect today after the week.

Early 20s so I didn't marry so young and enjoy my 20s travelling x

Pre ex-wife. Single, the best shape of my life.

I wouldn't change marrying her or anything (we have two awesome kids I wouldn't wish away), but I would certainly stop the silliness of my trying to be 'good' by not sleeping around too much.

Seriously. Made sex out to be such an emotionally powerful thing.

Great question.

I don't think it would fundamentally change who I am today, but you never know.

I think for me it is more of a situation that I was at the peak of my form and confidence, and I put too much 'value' on sex, putting it on a pedestal rather than just enjoying it, if that makes sense.
