Hug...

It was the 2nd anniversary of my mum passing away yesterday and I could do this feeling some love.

Just like last year, I seem to feel it more today than yesterday, I think it's because she didn't pass away till late in the evening.

Anyway, if anyone could spare a hug I'd appreciate it.

Poppy

@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@ lots of hugs just for you!

My mum died when I was none, my dad never spoke about her afterwards so I haven't a clue when she passed away - not sure if thats a positive thing or not.

Hugs back

It's an awful condition. My mum now had a carer going in 3 times a day to help out. I wished I lived nearer to see her every day.

Mine thinks she is protecting me by not telling me how bad it is.

I go see her as often as I can

Bless you, it's never easy seeing people we love so poorly.

My mum was diagnosed stage 3 cervical cancer, the uphill battle was just to much for her, xx

I think over all I'm glad I know what time she died, but it does make the whole day like a count down to that moment, going over every minute of that day in the hospital.

Come off here and have a night out with family or friends. Have a laugh on group chat or go shopping or something. Sitting reading all the messages from virtual strangers (although some are lovely) isn't going to do you any good. Your mum died 2 years ago seriously go do something fun and don't dwell on the past I'm sure your mum wouldn't have wanted that. I hope this isn't coming off as harsh it's just what I would say to my friends I'd they were sitting with their face tripping them x
