Yep, it’s back tonight at 9pm, will you be watching? I’m addicted to it and have been since the start, I always want the women to win the challenges, why you ask? Those who do watch will know what I mean when the guys win a challenge, the over the top back patting and self promoting is just cringing to watch.

To be honest I lose interest more and more with each series - partly because of the prancing and preening of the "contestants" and partly because I think it's starting to get past its sell by date - has become more like a reality game show thsee days - that said will probably end up watching and cringing along with everyone else.
