Did I dream this or have the BBC rebooted this classic? Could have sworn a seen a trailer for it last night, please tell me I’m wrong!!!!

No, you're right. There was a one-off special last year and now a series I think. The Fletcher character is the grandson of the original.

Had to Google it to find out and unfortunately it's true. Porridge has had a full new season written by the original writers and will star? Kevin bishop. Why can't they just leave the classics alone?
