I can't remember what I wrote last time for this, I tend to have different songs depending on the activity. Rough tends to be more rock and symphonic metal and the other end of the scale more chilled folk rock or something similar. Love music but sometimes you don't have time or even really require it. Sooooo many ways to answer :O
