Back in my wider calfed days I spotted a few nice knee boot pairs in Evans. New Look also do a wider boot I seem to recall.

Try just fab if you buy a pair now they have an offer on for your first pair at £9 they're a good fit. X

I had mine from marks and Spencer's.. they do ones that have a slight stretch fabric so they fit

mine are from ebay but i think they were from alternative footwear on there.

they lace up down the back so you can have them as wide as you need which is good because i too have wide calves.

someone once told me you coukd stretch the ones i have using a hair dryer but i have never tried it
