"According to what i've read, all passengers already abroad will be brought back when there holiday finishes. Those with flights booked to fly out though have now lost that flight so will need to book with another airline. Unfortunately most peeps that use Monarch just book the flights and not a package holiday, so any money paid is now lost. Not a good situation ![]() That's why they recommend taking out holiday insurance as soon as you book flights, then covered no matter how paid. | |||

"We was on Monarch for Thursday 5th to Gran Canaria. .. We now booked flights with Ryanair Wednesday 4th for £41 each.. that was at 7am this morning.. now all sold out. Paid by debit card as knee it is still protected by banks chargeback system. . Bank says its refunding as Monarch have no argument. Woohoo to our extra days holiday " Great news ![]() | |||
