So what condiment is best served with humble pie?

We've all been there. We need to back track, because of something we said or did. Do you unconditionally apologise and eat a massive slice or make lame excuses?

I'm leaving FAB...weeks later I'm still here, make a profound statement in a thread then realise youre wrong we've all been caught out.

How do you eat your humble pie?

C'est moi Boudoir

Straight up admit I was wrong and apologise but it also depends on how the situation was handled on both sides

Just where I need to be.

With sincerity. Pointless eating humble pie otherwise, it gets stuck in your throat and makes you gag.

Hiding in the shadows

I consider myself to be a totaly honest person.

If I'm wrong, I'll be the first to admit it, and apologise sincerely.

Saying that though, I'd never beg forgiveness, I spent too many years apologising for things I hadn't done.

I chow down on that pie. With an accompaniment of begrudging custard at times, but hey, humble pie has got to be eaten sometimes so anything that makes it go down easier helps.

I'm not afraid to admit I was wrong about something. I will always say sorry if I need to, it's the way I was brought up. My parents taught me a lot of respect.
