Don’t rate them at all, if you’ve got the surplus cash of course, by all means waste your money, cheaper brands that give better sound quality are available.

Hiding in the shadows

I've got a set of Manhatten headphones (from a well known catologue shop) that I use in the gym, have tried my friends Beats - I can't tell the difference.

Apart from mine were £100 cheaper

If they spent as much on research and development as they did on clever marketing, they would be the best.

I would get yourself into a store, try out several pairs with your preferred device and see which work best for you. Choosing by name alone could lead to dissapointment.

Avoid them, for the same price by a mid ranged set of Bose headphones.

If you spend 40 quid on a set of SONY MDR-ZX220BT headphones they are better quality, stay charged longer & you’ll find the sound is as good as any of the top Range expensive headphones. The don’t have noise cancelling like Bose though but for that money you won’t get better!

Got a set of bose soundlink II over ear headphones in duty free, they were £300 on the high street at the time got them in for £160. Battery life and sound quality is immense as well as durability, can even wear them in the gym. Even though they don't brand them as noise cancelling, they do a pretty damn good job at it.

Forgot to mention they're wireless too!

At £160 they were nearly half the price of the equivalent Beats product.

Not a big fan, they colour the sound too much and some people are now mixing to suit that colour, which ruins production when you listen from a clean reference point.

as others have said, way overpriced for what they are, and would get Bose's or Sennheiser's instead....
