I treat myself to the occasional Thai massage to un-knot my muscles and generally restore my well being. In one of my favourite places the masseuse is tiny and will clamber all over me, using her feet as well as her hands to work the muscles, stretch my limbs and crack my creaking joints.

I don't go for one of those 'sensual massage' type things as a hand job on a table would do nothing for me.

I first had a proper Thai massage in Thailand and it was so painful I've never had another.

I suffer from time to time with my back a few years ago when in Thailand it went and I went for a Thai massage to be honest after I left I felt I had been mugged and beaten all over I was moaning in anagoy and as it was an open massage room others was laughing.

Next morning my back was right as rain so like they say no pain no gain
