A local independent cafe does the most amazing veggie breakfast which comprises thick sliced traditional baked toast , 2 fried eggs , grilled tomato , mushrooms , hash browns and baked beans . With a mug of tea and I have this every day .

Everything else varies day to day

I use plain whey protein to top up my protein intake. I also put olive oil in my shakes for extra calories along with oats and peanut's.

My breakfast shake is 1300 calories
