i have a dilemma.

i use veggie mince and try as i might i cant get the little buggers to hold together

any tips folks. ?

clean ones pleeze

and no i aint using billy bunk

well thats how i was brought up....a ladeeeee. always swallowed. but i have been learning the facts of life since meeting patrick. never knew how to spit. still cant really, but sure giving it a good go

I think you need something to replace the fat you'll find naturally in minced beef but not in veggie mince. A wee drop vegetable oil might do the trick and I've even seen a recipe using honey.
