So I saw this little clip about McGregor and his gf and thought how sweet they are.

So ladies, would you date / marry a man who's main job was being a fighter of sorts? MMA/Boxer/Kickboxer etc?

Personally I would but I would worry about him fighting and understand a lot of training would be involved.

Your thoughts?

And any fighters had any trouble dating?

I don't think I could.

I find boxing/mma really barbaric

Central

O could but wouldn't be comfortable with the potential for his brain damage, which he might also get from the fighting.

Would you not date a smoker or drinker then because of the damage they could potentially cause themselves?

I couldn’t watch anyone I cared about get harmed like that. So I don’t think I could be in a relationship... quite happy to lick their abs though

Good shout. I've boxed all my life don't know anyone that's died from it. My friend broke his neck playing Rugby though!!

Hiding in the shadows

Yes

But then I have taken part in cage fights, kickboxing, represented GB at karate & now box.

I'd love a sparring partner who could match me
