Probably a standard Sunday thread topic, but what’s the best cure for a hangover..?

Currently lying in bed feeling sorry for myself.

In future always drink a glass of water before going to bed works for me. If you think you might forget put a bottle of water on yr pillow b4 you go out to come home to.

As a hang over is pretty much dehydration get some dyralite (hope thats spelt right) from the shop.its for when you get the sh**s. It replaces all the salts and mineral and rehydrates you. Tastes nasty. I have one before I start drinking and if iam in any state to do so one when I get in. Oh and before you go out start to drink loads of water.

Don't mix your drinks, coffee on the way home too, and then water, then sleep then full English and more coffee, it's still taking me two days to shift them but I'm old and if I'm out for a drink I'm not tickling it

My trick is to don't drink after midnight, and I'm fresh in the morning...even when I slept just 3 hours because red bull is keeping me awake
