Hey,

Just wondering how many messages/interactions you all take to be comfortable in meeting someone?

2 messages, 20 minutes and a swift gin.

After a couple days. If it feels ok and at ease then great in my eyes.

That depended on who I was messaging, but I was never messaging with the intention of meeting. There was never a fixed length of time

We finally met a couple on another site after about months of negotiations from their side. I think they probably run police checks on us too lol have you worked here, do you ever go there, on and on it went! We were new at the time and thought it was normal. Now I’d tell them to go away lol

couple of days to message... check personality, boundaries and that stuff. I have met with less but it tends to be more fuck and go then which is not what I am after. normally.

It depends, personally I like to meet for a social fairly quickly. Not much point 'investing' time in someone you don't fancy in the end.

I've also found that, in general, the more genuine guys will get together for a social reasonably quickly. Anyone who draws out the time before a coffee is usually just a chatter. And that's not what I want in my inbox

We hardly ever meet via here but when we do:

Meet today posted

Message exchanged

Phone/text

Meet

Fuck

Go

Usually within 3 hours

Social first and that can happen quite quickly but we like to establish that they know how we play before that. A few messages usually establishes that 98% of the people who ask to meet us have no idea and quickly back off when they find out

There and to the left a bit

My circumstances dictate I don't meet that often and that combined with what I'm looking for, generally tends to mean there's a fair amount of time between initial messages and meeting to be sure there's a connection and chemistry there - so I'm reasonably sure a meet will progress beyond a social and is likely to be a regular thing.

There's no time limit on that either way but my meets so far have tended to be months rather than days or weeks in the making. That said if there was someone where there was a spark straight away and my circumstances allowed it I would meet sooner.
