I think I often don't quite fit in. Especially on here.

Another song by pulp somes up some of my experiences on here.

The forums are far better for quirky sorts. Maybe they don't realise it.

No-one comes here for normality...we left that behind at the bus stop in day to day drudgery.

Normality is exactly why I come on the forums, the social interaction I don't get in real life.

Yeah I'm a misfit. Those lyrics felt like they were written about me when I first heard them and still do.

Socially awkward, loner, no idea or interest in fashion or popular culture... I could go on. I was bullied horrendously at school for being weird and still don't really fit in. Doesn't really bother me. It used to but I',m neither lonely nor unhappy, I am who I am
