Angus & Findhorn

Have been looking forward to my favourite bistro opening their second premises, but this time in my home town and not 5 miles away.

Went today and ordered my favourite.... I was giddy with excitement.

It came.....

and was yuk.

anyone else been kinda let down with something after looking forward to it.

Yeah give 'em chance. I used to run a restaurant. It takes time to settle in, especially as the staff won't be the same. But I do understand your frustration.

last time I went home for a visit ordered a sub from my favorite takeaway place when I was growing up...they changed their signature sauce...I was gutted I asked why they changed it...that I had been waiting 2 years to taste their famous "Canada Drive in"(name of the restaurant) submarine sandwich and they went and changed it...lol
