I have a feeling it is not going to be cheap to have a staycation next August.

Hotel prices appear to be higher than they were this year for the chains that I normally use.

I am only looking to stay 3 nights tops during my 2 weeks getting away from it all camping holiday in Scotland, en-route and in between campsites.

Nevermind.

The Olympics being held in this country is once in a life time occasion for many, so I may as well grin and bear the tourists!
