well its a gorgeous day - hardly any breeze and not too warm so before i get rid i thought i would have a bike ride - BAD IDEA!!!! - red is so not my colour and wobbly legs for not the usual reason -

A couple of months ago I bought my lad a BMX, walked 2 miles to collect it and thought I'd ride it home, I had to stop a few times and by the time I got home i really didn't feel well

There are some great parks too...

And radical idea get a train to saddleworth... it's all downhill back into the city...

There are some lovely stretches around Manchester

I rode last night in Wales, that wasn’t so sedate, I’m knackered today
